I actively accompany the change process in your company passionately, systematically and solution-focused. In doing so, I also bring in many years of experience as an international executive as well as a program manager for transformation initiatives of business units with up to 26,000 employees. Supported by a broad spectrum of methods and solid methodological expertise in the coaching field.
As your Agile Coach, being certified in agile project management (Prince2 Agile Practitioner), you might also deploy me to support you in setting up and implementing strategic projects and programs. Here, I am also happy to take over sub-projects and conduct project-specific trainings upon request.
My membership in the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI) as well as the ICI certification of my coaching courses via the Coach Akademie Schweiz also ensure compliance with high ethical standards.
I coach in German and English. All deployed tools (e.g. the LINC Personality Profiler), which I use in alignment with you and as needed, are also multilingual.
